How to delete my account?
Detailed guidance from the BizHub365 support knowledge base.
On PC (Web):
- Go to your Dashboard from the Account Menu in the top menu
- Under the "Your Account" menu title in the left menu, click "Delete Account".
- Enter your email address as prompted and click the green "Delete Account" button to confirm the deletion.
On Mobile (Web):
- Open the Account Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top menu and select Dashboard.
- In the header, click the Account Menu (three black dots in the centre tile) and click Delete Account under the Your Account heading.
- Enter your email address as prompted and click the green "Delete Account" button to confirm the deletion.
App (iOS & Android):
- Log in to your account. Click "Settings," which is either located at the bottom right of the main menu tiles or in the header bar, if you are on the "Select a Business" Page.
- Scroll down and click the red Delete Account Button.
- Click continue to proceed with the account deletion.
